Is this post regarding Barclays true?

Hi, I recently came across a Linkedln post by an individual claiming that Barclays does not hire freshers through off-campus referrals and that the only way to get hired is through campus recruitment drives. According to this post, any job postings for freshers are only available on Barclays' official career portal. I wanted to check with those who currently work at Barclays or have firsthand knowledge of their hiring process: Is this information accurate? Does Barclays strictly hire freshers only through on-campus drives, or are there other legitimate avenues for fresh graduates to join the company? I have been seeing people complaining how referrals,carrer portals,emails,linkedin etc ,none of these are helping them get shortlisted or get an offer. So for people(or their friends)whose organization are hiring or did hire people, which route is being taken. Though I want to know in context of freshers but I think any experience level will be nice as it will help other people too. Thank you.

Hey guys, I'm stuck in an MNC currently without any real world project for almost half an year now. I've been building projects on my own and looking for a switch. Since, situation in the market is a little tight, I'm hardly finding any non internship opportunities for freshers. Kindly let me know of any sources or any suggestions on how to move on from here.
