Is this true? Any creative people here?

I’ve noticed that many designers tend to have an inclination towards some or the other art form - often sketching/painting, but can include music, dance and acting too. It’s been observed that practicing different art forms can actually help to feed creativity into each other. The explorations from one can serve as inspiration for another. Speaking for myself, I play guitar and sing. And I’ve found it to be a nice way to just unwind - though have not felt much of it feed into my professional work. Would love to hear from others here, if you have an art form that you tap into for work inspiration or otherwise. :)

So, I want to try this challenge where I will design what you guys ask me for. Sooooooooo, get creative and I will post the work here and you guys can judge? Oh! This is gonna be fun...can't wait to show my work!

Been closely watching the startup sector and I’d like to understand how do creative people fit into start up organisations? When I say creative I’m referring to:- 1. Filmmakers 2. Photographers 3. Producers 4. Strategists 5. Writers Are they given other responsibilities as well? If yes, what kind? Let me know your thoughts.

Have you had experiences working with UX Designers which made you want to pull your hair out and smash your keyboard into the screen? Have you instead worked with designer unicorns who made your life easy? UX Designers who looped you in from the very start of the engagement, understood your tech stack and developmental constraints, reviewed designs with your team before pushing them to production, who crafted well-organised design systems and components which were updated in real time, making life easy for your FE developers and in time for each dev sprint? Do you believe such designers even exist? Please share your stories.

It feels like there's no space for creative people in tech anymore. Everything is either a wormhole which sucks the creative energy out of you, or you end up working a job that's so taxing on you mentally that you never have the space take on hobbies or follow your passions. Getting jobs themselves is a challenge. People see creativity is such a uni-dimensional manner that it is hard to get jobs in startups or otherwise. I've been attempting a job switch for a while now either there are no openings or no one is willing to hire. Is there a solution to this madness?

With tax filing deadline approaching soon, I wanted to know how are people saving taxes and what are the best things to ask while joining a company to avoid tax. These are few things I have heard, in case anyone has done this please enlighten. 1. Join full time but be a on-paper Consultant and get taxed at 10% 2. Ask for higher component of HRA 3. Ask for higher amount on books and periodicals (how does this help) 4. Political party play (Though this is evasion I belive) 😅 Any ideas with approximate amount you can save? Or any risky tax saving which worked out?

Seen a couple of posts which tried to choose between a higher salary and an interesting job. I think finding meaning in your work goes further from the work becoming as interesting as a hobby. With a good pay and decent WLB you'll be able to make your life way more fulfilling. I've gotten into a couple of sports, gym often, socialise and travel around.
