I have two offers EY india (Data Science Consultant) and Deloitte USI (ML/AI Engineer Analyst level). Need help in decision making which would be better for future career perspective, growth, learning and hopefully in abroad job search.

I am having offers from

1. Deloitte india with 26 lpa fixed (including gratuity) and including variable & insurance it's 29.1

2. HCL with 28lpa fixed ( including gratuity) + 4 lakh variable. 

Please suggest which one should I join. I am from sap ABAP +  successfactor background

A friend of mine just recently joined Deloitte Bangalore at a strategy and analytics role. He claims to be paid 20 LPA CTC as a fresher however Deloitte has offered 10 LPA at IIT Bombay placements (their highest as I've heard). Does anyone know typical fresher salaries at Deloitte Bangalore at this role?
