JLL is the real estate management company for the society that I live in . One of the most terrible service provider that I have seen. Once they collect the Maintenance Charges for a quarter, they get done with the customers. Gayab is what happens to them. I wish I had the time to drag them to court and make them pay. But alas, waiting for the Swiggy IPO to have deep enough pockets to be able to do so 😂
I know right. It’s just impossible to get the corrupt RWA to get rid of them

Convince society members to take ownership and make an association. Most builders are crappy maintainers for some reason.
