ecently, have seen 5+ posts on LinkedIn, about Google hiring for different products like gen ai, security and education. In job portal, they haven't mentioned about MBA or any specific requirement apart from yoe. Wanted to know, what does Google wants in a PM, and what is the salary range for a PM there, if they need a 4 year experienced product manager? Also, how are these criterias soft or quite rigid?

I am 7 years experienced professional from engineering background. I have worked as a developer, program Manager/Scrum master and transitioned to Product Manager role in a startup from last two years. I have excellent stakeholder management skills and proficient in prioritisation and getting things done no matter what.
