Gave the case interview recently, somethings you can prepare for basis my experience:

Kalaari portfolio companies and business models of a couple, even if it's the big ones
Ground problems of the sector thesis you've prepared
Basic market sizing guesstimate preparation
A couple of interest projects on your resume, and if you've worked with a startup, know their business model and if you would invest

A good friend of mine did the fellowship. 21-23 cohort.

Few things to keep in mind:

it’s a LOT of work
having a specialisation helps. They’re equally invested in marketing as they are on portfolio & investments
some of the partners aren’t very nice to work for
not everyone gets absorbed into Kalaari post 2 years. A lot of them get good jobs elsewhere though. The network is very good.
a lot of the analysts leave in the first 6 months. The burden of their work gets moved to the ones who remain.
