Knowledge level of 2 yoe Nodejs developer

Hi viners, I am a 23 pass out and I joined an organisation from my college placements, which is a startup in a metro city which works on web dev and web3 domain basically. So in the first 6 months of my internship, I got some exposure of frontend, web3, solidity and then gained interest in backend. Later on when I got full-time offer, was deployed on a US based project where I am working on the profile of a 9 years experienced node js developer as a ghost developer since last 8 months and it has been smooth so far, I have handled most of the things and I am performing well, my manager is also quite impressed with me there but I am not seeing any personal growth or professional growth working there as it has reached kind of a saturation and I am not learning anything new. So, please help me out with some suggestions if you have any? And also now I am a 1+ years experienced full stack dev with knowledge of web3 and blockchain stack, so any job reccs will also be appreciated, as my priority is to switch as early as possible

I was looking for job for 1.5 years, I studied and learnt a lot. Now I got a job and noticed that I am not getting opportunity to learn or study anything new. My profile is TS based Node. Js. While taking my interview, they asked everything in backend docker etc and somehow I cleared given that I did not knew much. While joining I was glad that since this job will require all these things, I will get to learn it from other folks given that how I am weak in these things. But now after joining there, all the pomp is gone. Docker image was setup once and now all we are asked is to clone a reponand write(read copy) some lambda function from already written repo by senior and it is too much to write and time consuming. I am not getting time and opportunity to learn and honestly even udemy or YouTube tutorial is not enough to learn what real work in company teaches. Can you folks please help????

Hello Folks, I am a full stack dev with 2 YOE and will soon start looking for a switch. Till now I have worked on NodeJS, Express, REST, GQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Vue and Svelte. The current company is a small startup so if I want to switch into some good and stable company what should I must know like technologies, dsa, good side projects, cloud technologies?

I recently got an offer from a ministry,have to work on some sort of internal project.,it will be via contract but they told me that they renew contract of employee every year. Hi everyone, I have 6+ years of experience working as Senior Software Engineer on Javascript Stack (React on Frontend and Node..js on backend) My current TC is 22 Lpa I have not tried hardcore problem solving on leetcode but instead would like to use that time to sharpen my skillset on learning new frameworks and best practices. Should I try to jump as Senior Ui engineer in product based mnc’s as I have also seem senior leadership positions in UI on linked in with basic problem solving and would like to see if there is drawback in just going as ui vs backend and also what should be the positions and salary which I can expect in that experience. I am a frontend developer specialising in angular, man its really hard to find jobs even for react! Been applying for last 5 months, more than 500 applies and 20 interviews, rejected at final round at least 7 companies and others didn’t even bother about my profile. Checked at least 50 job portals, tried to connect with many hiring managers, still no reply. Will it be like this only next year also?

I'm a final year Btech student, I got selected in virtusa, LTIMindtree and dxc at the package of 5.5, 4 and 4.2 My friends are doing internships at good companies and I'm just looking for better opportunities. I have a knowledge of core java, and basic dsa. What should I do to go to product based companies? Should I prepare dsa, or do j2ee or switch to react and nodejs or something else?
