Looking for insights into the interview for quite senior AI position at Krutrim. Has anyone gone through the loops yet, would appreciate some insights. They are claiming that they will match any salary, I am doubtful they will match US Salary in India, but I am very excited by the work they are doing, so willing to give it a shot.

I don’t know man, I’m looking for 4x that tbh, haven’t heard back after I told the HR to come back when they have an offer worth considering. Maybe I’ll hit them up over the weekend if I don’t hear back and let them know my expectations clearly
They will us salaries but you will have to work 24*7.
That’s my fear as well. Currently have a very cushy nice job. But the learning here will be 🔥

If yes, just ask for whatever you want since you will end up working from 10am to 12am including weekends.
Never work for an Indian company with Indian owner. It's worst, if you have an opportunity between fore6and Indian , would prefer foreign company to work with.
They will match for sure.. but be ready to give the pound of flesh and more* that they will expect in return..
