Did you tried instahyre, it has the most success rate in getting a call from HR. With current market scenario referrals too won't work. My recommendation would be to just take a job and don't let the career gap slow you success, try looking out for different roles which apparently uses the stack your good in not just backend.

I'm a Fresher just graduated from a reputed NIT in May, and I've been laid off because of "management reasons" from a reputed MNC. My role therein was of an ML Engineer. I have about 5 months of experience and I'm looking for a role in data analytics or something similar. I'm currently in Bengaluru but I'm open to relocate anywhere. I recently got laid off due to restructuring in the company.

I have 6 months of internship and 6 months of full time experience in the same company.

Mostly looking for backend developer jobs in Java and Spring. Since I worked on this stack. 

since it was my first job that too campus placement, I have some noob questions about the job switch 

- Can I find a good paying job as a fresher java developer ? (my previous base was 14LPA)

I am a 2023 passout with ~11 months of experience. I am looking for a job switch, cuz i am not getting paid much (10 LPA), and on top of it currently on verge of layoff (company getting acquired). 

Looking for a job switch and good work, that's it. I don't care about the location, remote or not, startup or big tech etc. Please let me know if your organisation is hiring.

I am currently working on Python, Kubernetes, OpenStack etc. I have a good understanding of backend engineering, a good hold of DSA, have been part of a prestigious open source program during my college and have around a year of overall internship experience (excluding FT ex).
