Hey GRAPEVINERS, I came on this amazing platform 2 months back and soon I got to know that even anonymously I feel awesome connection with you all-( The identity without revealing the identity), whether it's about asking for masters abroad or about product management, someone was always there in the comments with satisfactory response that cleared my queries . Within 40 minutes, we are waving bye to 2023 , it actually taught me a lots of things -somethings were great ,somethings were worse , but whatever it is , that's making me stronger day by day , I hope 2024 will bring the best out of me as I am trying to work on myself and I hope guys it will be great for you too New goals , New Challenges , New opportunities , New People , New life is waiting ahead!! Same time last year, an early version of Grapevine was ready. We still didn’t know if it will ever work, if anyone will use it and even if they do, will they return to use it a second time? If there’s anything we did well this year, it was in creating a space where smart, talented, high-potential people like to spend time and communicate with each other on topics ranging from work, salaries, personal finances, life, philosophy, technology and so much more Rest everything: Product, Marketing, Engineering, Design, we want to get better on, and we will Thank you for your patience as we slowly build this product and mess up, many many times. - Best part is that growth here (read: love and grapes) is based on personality and not (my) face 😂 - This community has seen it all: rants on my job, boss, interns, finding a new job, dodging a notice period scam, losing the job, brain-fkng ITR, to garnering 12k grapes! - This platform has India's top professionals: people from/in top colleges and companies, doing groundbreaking work, yet humble enough to discuss random things with me. I’m so awed tbh * insert the puppy face eyes * - Another thing I love about being here is keeping my creativity alive. So many (so many) triggering comments, and if I am not impulsive, I come up with great comebacks! - I have gotten into such petty debates and also abruptly left conversations (common in millennials, no?) - In hindsight, maybe revealing my gender wasn't the best idea. P.S. @Michael_Scott didn’t promise me airpods (yet). Please stop making me sound desperate. Someone mentioned I could get a job and buy the airpods, but it is (never was) about the airpods. P.P.S.
