Agritech company, Waycool has again started layoffs majorly from its tech stack called Censa. Censa might see a shut down. Company laid off 300 employees in September, 2023.

Waycool is undergoing organisational restructuring, following the footsteps of UDAAN, don’t see any turning point due to the lay offs. One of the worst planned companies I’ve worked for in my 8 YOE.

My take is that painful as it is they’re cutting flab n taking a call on underperforming businesses and employees as they should.. seriously doubt if founders will exit..
