Why is everyone on my linkedin feed shouting about their promotions? I understand the need for validation, but LinkedIn has become so irritating. Do people here value these career updates?

Yes yes! A career update with regards to climbing the corporate ladder is the last thing one should post on corporate social networks 😒😒😒
