Background: Data Scientist with 7+ years of experience within IT and 6+ years within data science specifically. I am interested too, I am a tier-1 graduate with 2 yoe at a start up. I am looking to switch to other companies now but haven't had much success in getting offers (or consistently applying). Hoping to stay accountable and learn from others as well
