Looking for a job change

Hi, I have been with CTS for past 10 years and my CTC is still at 12.6 L. Now, i have started looking for oppurtunities and How much CTC can i expect with overall experience of 11 years and with PLSQL, SQL & Linux background?

Lets discuss here our current CTC and YoE along with Designation. More experience people will tell us if need to switch. Mine is 13.1 LPA with 6 Years and 4 months of experience.

First company shutdown it's operation and gave work to current company. Now new company took some of the employees from old company. I got selected in that. And I joined given that I didn't had other offer. But now after 1 month this company doesn't feel good. Desperately wanting to change the company as work is bad (although working on same work which I used to do, tech is very old, VB. Net) but not feeling enough prepared. And the current time is horrible. My company has 90 Days notice period. What to do? Recruiter on this spot reject direct after hearing 90 Days. (1 Year experience) (salary is around 10) Also wanted to change tech stack. And how much salary should I target now given the market condition? Some recruiter even straight away said you are already getting paid high. grapevine fellows, please advise.

Hi folks,I am planning to switch my company in 2 months.I have 4 yoe.Out of which I have 2 yoe in a service based company (support role). And 2 yoe as ML Engineer at a start up.Currently I am upskilling on gen ai and mlops as well. Current CTC :12 LPA(FIXED). What should be the minimum I should expect?in my next switch. Hello everyone, Seeking advice on a potential job switch and compensation. I am currently employed as a Lead Business Analyst(Total Exp:6 Years) at a US-based edtech company with a fixed CTC of 25 LPA. My skill set includes Tableau, SQL, Python, Automations, Statistical Analysis, and Stakeholder Management. Lately, I've noticed a lack of substantial job calls, and the few I've received are capped at ~27 LPA. Some recruiters even claim that I'm already in a higher salary band, which I believe might not be accurate. I'm curious if anyone has insights into potential reasons for this, whether it's related to my skill set, the current job market, or other factors. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Folks, I hope you all are doing extremely well. Wanna get some idea about market pay and the hike I’m getting in a e-commerce company. Worked as a DevOps/Software Engineer for 5 yrs and CCTC is around 30-32 LPA. New company is ready to offer around 42. Is it good offer or should I check for more companies? I know some startup’s are paying like anything and this offer seems to be trivial for 5 yrs experience, but just wanted to know if I should be pursuing this offer or not? Software engineer with 2.5 YOE working for US based mid sized company with CTC of 25 LPA base + 1.7 lacs bonus + 10 lacs worth esops. Just wanted to know is this upto the market or should i look for better opportunity. Looking for answers . P.S Its a permanent wfh
