Looking for a space- Delhi/Noida

I am thinking of moving to Delhi from Noida in the coming 2 months, I am also scared of this transition for some reason. My reason behind moving to Delhi is my WFH job, I want to be near parks and places where i can go and work and also be close to Gurgaon and the airport. Can you guys suggest some nice localities to look out for a 1 BHK. I want to be somewhere between Hauz Khas and Vasant kunj. My budget is max 15k

Moving to Noida in a couple of months. Looking for a single occupancy master bedroom. Looking at the rent situation in Noida, compared to Bombay (where I live now), budget is not an issue. Would prefer a high-end, luxurious(?) gated society, My Office is in 16-A, so something around there would be preferable. Any leads, broker contacts would be extremely appreciated

A friend of mine got a job in Delhi and is moving there. She's looking for a place to stay (not pg), 1bhk in south Delhi. Any good/decent locality suggestions? Budget: 20-25k

Hey folks, I will be joining a company which is in noida sector 132 express tower 2 in the next week. If someone can suggest me good pgs where i can stay and which will also be convenient for me to travel to office , that will be helpful. Also, are there safety concerns there? I am from Maharashtra, and i have heard rumours, so if u can suggest me accordingly where to find pg , i ll be grateful. Any other tips u want to share, do share 😅

I need advice in choosing between flat or plot in Noida, currently I'm living in Delhi in parent' govt house. But after 2-3 years, I have to move out from here. I'm bit confused, which location to choose, Since flats in Delhi in decent area is unaffordable, I'm thinking about Noida. Can you please suggest me good location to buy flat or plot. I have budget of 1-1.3cr. Any advice would be appreciated, I'm 24, don't have much knowledge of this. Also, how much I can negotiate for prices listed on 99acre or magicbrics.

Hi guys, i am currently working in deloitte have been searching for a flat since a month… but not able to find the right one… my preferred locations are anywhere on the magenta line or nehru place, Kalkaji, GK, Lajpat, or within 5kms my budget is around 12-15k.
