Looking for a switch in devops engineer background with 3-4 months of experience but have worked on live projects- Grapevine

Hi all, good morning. I'm looking to switch as a 
DevOps Engineer with 2 YOE. Have applied but not getting responses. I have few questions in mind which I need some information on. Also, if any openings you know of, do let me know.

1. For salary expectations, I am keeping as 8-9 LPA. I currently earn 4.8 LPA. Is it fine to keep it as it is or should I mention as looking for significant growth?

2. Visa sponsorship - I have been keeping it as Yes. Should I keep as No for better chances of selection?

I have experience on Jenkins, AWS ,docker, kubernetes and terraform (beginner and self study) , kibana, Prometheus, splunk , bash scripting and networking fundamentals. 

Please do share any points if you feel I should include as part of switching process.

I am currently working as PA in Cognizant. My current role is a Data Engineer Developer. I have a total experience of 2 years since I joined the company in 2022.

Hi All, I have 3 Years experience as an automation test engineer and  want to switch into devops.

I have done the DevOps course and gained hands experience.
