How's the job market for Product Growth roles? I have 3 YOE and looking for a switch because Growth in the current company has become stagnant.
Also what's currently salary in the market for this role and experience.
Apart from B2B products, it is almost dead for now, I have been applying for the same role and have 4 yoe.
It’s been 2 months and there were only 10-15 job postings from Series A-D companies. :(
Also, there is sudden decline in salary hikes, I am getting offers less than what I am making now.
