Love/hate about your team or manager?
Recently got promoted- putting together a list of what makes a team great or not. Kick-off based on my last team: Love- super chill team, real MVPs, no credit stealing 🏆 Hate- the manager never appreciated anyone, ugh 😮💨
Manager is super chill but the rest of the departments are really toxic... that indirectly affects us
