Managers without Sales ex

How do folks in sales vertical handle managers having no hands on sales experience?

Like example my manager is handling the sales team without having any sales work-ex He asks random baseless questions- ye kyu nahi hua, ye kaise nahi hua. I am sure he doesn’t even understand how sales function works. His limited knowledge is making my life miserable.

Also he thinks I am a ‘truecaller’. I should have contacts of all possible clients he can think of.
