It's verified my friend also got laid off , he told one floor of office was blocked for anyone to enter and those who were laid off are called at that floor and asked to submit laptop and were escorted outside office by security

But they are still hiring for Bengaluru location. And not only 1 or 2 they have 20+ open positions.

May be around 30 but all were senior folks as I know , they raised money from VC now he is running after them to increase profit hence more layoff to come soon
Think twice before joining such companies
My friend told it was there haven't asked him how much , he is not in a state to talk much about it as everything happened in just 5-10 min. Imagine going to office in morning and suddenly in 10 minutes u lost your job and asked to leave office

Yes they giving total 4 month of severance
As layoffs usually happen in phases so surely more will come as the company is running in loss
So better to avoid joining such companies or either ask for at least >60 lpa so even if they fire the severance will be high for you to survive

But sad state is that Miq is still in profits in millions ..its that YoY growth is not in same line as projections and they have resorted to layoffs
He was hired recently only , not sure why management hired when they were about to fire so please think carefully before joining
