 Meesho & Swiggy are classic examples of horrible product culture.

I have got the following offers from Swiggy and Meesho  for an analytics role. Expecting another offer from Hike in the coming week. 
Please help me decide on which one to pick from an overall perspective.

My Profile:- 2.2 YOE as an analyst at a service based company (Tredence Analytics) want to switch to a PBC.

Swiggy:-
Role offered:- Business Analyst 
Comp:- 15 LPA (all fixed) no JB, no ESOPs
Location:- Remote (Huge Plus for Me)

Meesho:-
Role offered:- Business Analyst
Comp:- 14 LPA (base) + 2 LPA ESOPs + 1 LPA JB
Location:- Bangalore

Folks from Swiggy and Meesho , Please Guide your pal on the basis of work culture , growth prospects and overall career trajectory. 

Personally I am inclined towards Swiggy due to remote working policy but don’t want to make a decision solely on the basis of it.

I’m expecting an offer from Tekion soon for a SDE 2 role. Just wanted to get the range of their SDE 2.

Current TC: 14 (fixed) + 2 (performance)
YOE: 2.8 (including 1 year internship)

I have an offer from Meesho (but SDE 1 role) as well where fixed is 21 and 18 ESOPS.

How much Tekion pays to a SDE 2?

I've received two job offers and could use some advice on which one to choose.

Current: Software Engineer II
CTC: Around 12 LPA
YOE: Almost 3 years.

Offer 1: Product Development Engineer II, Razorpay

Offer 2: Software Engineer, Pluralsight

Both offers are in the range 18 LPA to 24 LPA and Pluralsight is the higher offer in terms of CTC. Also they seem to have more employee benefits compared to razorpay. Which offer seems more appealing based on the role, WLB, company outlook, growth etc.

Also a bit skeptical about the PDE II role at Razorpay because they mention that PDE II individuals can only advance to SDE 2 after being promoted to SDE 1 first, and then to SDE 2.

Role : APM - 1
Salary: 17.5 (Base) + 8 (ESOPs)
Mode : 2 day work from office

2. Wingify (Bootstrap B2B SaaS startup)
Role : PM
Salary: 15 Base + 1 Joining Bonus + 1 Performance Based Bonus + Unknown Performance Based Stock Options
Mode: WFH

3. Docsumo.ai ( Seed funded Startup)
Role: APM
Salary: 17.5 (Base) + 1 (Fixed Bonus) + 7 ESOPs
Mode: 3 day work from office

Currently : APM at a seed stage startup 15 Base + 1 Bonus + 2 ESOPs
YOE: 1.3 

Would really appreciate insights/advice on how to approach and also how to negotiate with Wingify.

Confused between 3 job offers

Currently, I have one offer of 18 LPA (15 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Variable Pay), and my date of joining (DOJ) is 14th August. I have already accepted this offer. However, today, I received a call from Meesho HR, offering to pay 30% more than my earlier offer. The process involves four rounds.

Given that I have only 10 days left until my DOJ, I am feeling confused about how to proceed. What should be my ideal approach in this situation?

Almost 50% of the org got no increments
People with "exceeds" rating got single digit increments
Only promotion cases have got early to mid double digit increments
Promotions have been significantly fewer this time, max people have been told to hold off their expectations of promotions for another year

The reasons cited were economic slowdown, other companies like Microsoft, Flipkart, swiggy, Amazon doing the same and cost cutting. I think things are getting toxic and the majority of employees have been left disappointed.

Razorpay increments - sad state

There have been so many openings lately and I have applied to a bunch with product team referrals but haven't heard from them even once.
