Keep working. But don’t take pressure. Show them you are occupied with works. Take a lot of time to complete the work.

They want me to complete 3 weeks work in 3 days and daily I used to argue, daily they ask for status even not daily after each 2 hours just to check whether I am really working or not. How can I show them that I am occupied with anything else. I even can’t say that I am preparing for interview. Because of these I even lost one offer as new company was ready to do buyout but management didn’t agree. Please suggest something better. I even not denying to work but daily torture and everything I cant take.

But now as I am serving they are torturing in every possible way, giving much work load though others are enjoying. What if I clearly say that I won’t do new work, I will only give KT as I am NP so what could be consequences? Will they mention anything wrong in my experience letter or give me any character certificate?

I resigned from capgemini, first week of April and was planning to get an early release. Did my work with utmost sincerity but when I asked them that I won’t be able to work after this date in May, the HR and the manager got so rude and started threatening.

I don’t know how to get out of this shitty organisation but if I’m not able to leave on my desired date. I wanna make the remaining days hell for my manager and the BU.

I wanna make them regret every second. 

I need some suggestions, what all things I can do?

I’m on a billable client project and my manager begged me to not tell the client about my resignation.


This 90 days NP is a trap guys. If they gonna fuck my opportunities, I wanna fuck them back.

I've been working in Accenture over 1.8 , I'm facing lots of toxicity, politics in my daily work now these days. I've been through a mental trauma as I was under the process of PIP ( Performance Improvement Program) , the clear reason behind it is boot licking, me & one of my colleagues both were into this process, I performed well enough & got 3.5/4 in tasks so they retain me , but she got 0/4 ...for that reason they terminate her. But after PIP in the office they're completely cornering me , they're not treating me as before.... I don't know what to do ,  I'm thinking to switch, but some says it's too early. I'm still under so much confusion.

If anyone help me in any way , it'll be thankful :)

I'm on notice period and I left my job because of the bad conditions and unhelpful team and messed up mental health. I have 2 months notice which started 3rd july

I wanted to know can the company do anything if my performance in notice period is bad. Basically if I get the work, I'll try to deliver but 8 won't be messing up my mental health if I'm not able to deliver.

I plan to simply say that, sorry i tried but I'm not able to figure it out. If someone helps me its fine and if not then I'll continue to say it.

Can the company do anything if I keep a good behaviour and not deliver tasks.

I am serving my notice and my SM was forcing me to deliver on an unrealistic timeline. I highlighted that it can't be achieved to which they started scolding, raising voice and not listening to me. To which I said I can support only the capacity of my current role and can't manage the entire project. Later they told me that being on notice doesn't mean you work at lower levels. To which I said I am not happy with the work and treatment here and hence I am leaving. I in the end I said that I can support the team as needed during my working hours and if the quality of my output is not satisfactory I don't mind stepping aside. To which they got more angry and asked me to finish things again as per the timelines.

Company Forcing Me To Serve 90 Days Of Notice Period.

I work in an IT service company in Pune, Maharashtra which I joined on 1st Nov 2021. In my offer letter notice period is mentioned as 60 days. 1 month after joining the company, management decided to change the notice period to 90 days as a company policy for each employee.

But during that, they asked for our consent which I did not give. I have it in an email as well from an HR help desk that I'll have to serve 60 days of the notice period.

But still, when I want to resign they're asking me to serve 90 days of the notice period.

 I talked to HR about this and they said each employee was contacted personally by HR and was given an option either agree to the policy change or resign within a week. Now the problem is there is written communication about this in my inbox from my HR or even an informal message on a company messaging application.

I want to know if it's legal and if can they force me to do it even if my offer letter says 60 days of the notice period.

I work at a small scale startup where I interact daily with the CTO whom I directly report.

Recently, he has been giving tighter deadlines for critical projects at work and is not willing to discuss anything related to the scope or timeline of the projects. He just expects me to finish everything in x number of days without asking for even the slightest estimate of the duration.

This has led to me missing due dates for projects which he later blames on me quoting poor performance during reviews. 

Has anyone encountered such problems before? How did you handle it?

I'm working as a BA in my current org. I'm on bench for more than 30 days and I have dropped my resignation but the HR is not approving my early release. I have an offer in hand and I need to join in another 15 days. In even agreed for notice period buyout but still that HR isn't allowing. 

It's really upsetting when we do not have any dependencies why do the HR ask to serve the complete notice period? Infact it is a loss for them to keep Billing me in bench.

Please advice what can be done here in my situation

I was working in a toxic environment, which should be a separate post, too long to explain here, tldr, I was put in pip, and then I resigned and put my notice, I like a responsible employee started finishing off my projects and tasks, giving KTs to other folks and junior. but now after this my company is saying ur lwd is 2 days from now, when in my contract notice is 2 months, HR says company has the right to waive off notice period without paying severance. What can I do currently, I don't have any job back up, so have to be unemployed for a while without any severance. Is this legally right from company sides, what possible things can I do currently?

NP issue - getting into trouble

So, I've been struggling mentally from this company for the past few months due to their toxic policies and resigned last week! They didn't pay the retention bonus that was supposed to be paid in June stating the financial situation and now forcing me to complete the notice period also!(2 months) which is there in the contract but mentally I'm burnt out and have said the same to CTO as well as HR but they don't want to understand! I'm also unsure whether the salary of these notice period months will come( this company has a history of not paying) so, skeptikal in the serving notice period knowing I won't get any money.

I want to have a lawyer who can go through my employment contract so I understand better the options I have with me!

I want to share my experience as a fresher at Accenture, my first company from a college placement. The first six months were fine, but then I faced severe mental harassment from my supervisor and manager. She constantly criticized my work and gave negative feedback, causing me immense stress. I often skipped meals and worked weekends to improve, but nothing helped.

Despite reporting the issue and requesting a supervisor change or a different track, my requests were ignored. The harassment worsened, affecting my physical health, and I couldn't eat or sleep properly. My manager controlled trivial aspects like where to sit and whom to talk to, making the situation unbearable. I was even forced to switch from a developer role to a tester, despite being trained as a developer.

The final straw was being placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) without a clear reason, with the same harassing individuals assessing me. I only had 1.9 years of experience then. I reported the mental harassment to HR and resigned due to deteriorating health, panic attacks, and weight loss. Despite having no other job offer, I couldn't continue. Even during my notice period, I was forced to complete PIP assignments, which led to suicidal thoughts and further health issues.

Now, I am jobless, feeling helpless and frustrated. With less than 2 of experience, I struggle to find offers in a down IT market and don't know what to do next.

So I switched my company recently, pay is decent. But I am not liking it here. Just had an interview with another company in 15 days of joining the current(switched) company and got to know that I couldn't clear the last round :(

Till what time can I tell HRs that I have not switched yet, and have other offers. Soon 1st month's pay will be credited at the new company and it'll start showing in PF in background checks I guess?

If I tell the HRs that it's been a month at new company they'll ask shit load of questions why you want to switch so early and blah blah
