Mid Senior level roles

With over 10+ years of experience in Product management within the insurance and Fintech sector, I’ve realized that product management is still not understood/defined well as a role. I’m open to all sort of queries.

4 yoe; 24ctc Profile: Problem Solving; Strategy/Analytics consultant driving business growth I’ve been working in a fintech company for the past 2 years. Looking towards growing up the career ladder. My work has shifted towards high impact projects. Are there any companies hiring for Lead Analyst/Manager Analytics roles? My current company doesn’t promote basis work only, they need 5-6 yoe at least for the next band.

I’m currently working at a B2B SaaS company as a PM. I have a great interest in analytics but not getting enough exposure here and my role has just got so redundant and more like project manager. It’s been really difficult in the last couple of months as growth seem to have stopped and I am really scared about my career. Experience - 1 Year Current Comp - ~17LPA fixed with some Esops Should I consider switching to analytics ( I am confident about my skills which will get me something in analytics ) given my current situation or try to get another good role in PM to which the market has been really cruel lately. Need some advice!!

Is there any one who has done a mid career transition to data/tech? I have been part of edtechs most of my career, have learnt backend, cloud and data analysis on the job. I am now quite done with edtech in general and want to do something different. I am facing issues in getting my resume shortlisted for data roles. Any one has any suggestions?

I have more than 4.5 years of experience and it mostly consists of consulting, business and product analytics heavy projects. Almost 4 years since I am working in various sales and BD roles post MBA. Have worked with FMCG and Ecomm companies. Done with chasing numbers everyday and looking for some strategic / mindful work. What are the possible next roles other than sales? Note - not looking for category/account management sort of roles. Been there, done that.
