It is an investment.
- It will increase tourism
- People will buy more smart phones to take selfies, boot to economy
- some parts of the statue are made in India, and it will increase the GDP
- It will decrease the delay in trains
- It provides shade and protects from harmful UV rays
There are numerous other benefits too, but haters will only see the short term expenditure, not long term benefits
Because nehru passed a rule that selfie booths should only be placed in places controlled by the government. Fu**ing nehru, I tell you.
Let's see, with this unopposed parliamentary sessions, we should have hope.
