My biggest fear with ondc is support / sla
Yess, Yesterday i was discussing the same with my friend.
Also the seller and driver's verification, how is that getting managed at ONDC?
Other expects will be UX, recommendations as well ☺️
For example: if I order something from Swiggy and if the driver doesn’t come then Swiggy is answerable for the SLA breach.
Lets say few items are missing then Swiggy either pays from the pocket to keep NPS high or deducts the money from the seller, penalize the seller or ban them from the platform.
