My company is not giving me salary slip

Hey, this is first time working for small startup, it's been almost 2ywars now and this company os not giving me salary slip, I have asked a few times but they keep ignoring the request. Also, being a small startup i don't get any ppf and other benefits. How should I go about it. I have recently heard that not being on ppf may let new recruits doubt about the credibility of work. They have lot of pending salaries and not having salary slip makes it difficult to trak how much is pending and how much I have recieved. Any suggestions will be helpful.

No salary slip? No problem! Share 6 months' bank statements instead. This is a common alternative, and I can confirm this as an HR professional.

Salary has been like, on time for 3 months and then delayed for few months, i meant to say it has been quite erratic

Attach your offer letter/appointment letter and mention in the email that your salary was delayed (not paid on time). HR will understand. Salary slips aren't necessary in this case.
