SEBI wont let the bears attack mercilessly. It's not the first time. They can even cap it to 5%
@steppenwolf didn't know they could just reset lower circuit like that
Although that said, this is again negative signal. God help PayTM stock. I hope they come out of it okay.
Basis people I have spoken with there, it was a long time coming, they took it lightly and did not follow the things they should have.

They didn’t change it specifically. It’s more of a general rule and happens with every stock to prevent sudden collapse and that too because it’s not in FnO. If the circuit continues, it will be reduced to 5% in 2-3 days.
