I got an offer for the product role at Medikabazaar. I am looking for some insights on the points below:

1) How is the product culture and learning curve?
2) Is it a product driven company?
3) How is the work culture?
4) I have heard they didn't give up a hike for 2 years. Is it true? 
5) How much compensation can they give for the PM role?

I got an offer from Ola Electric for a Senior Engineering role in Backend dev. Pay is good and team looks interesting too. But I am very apprehensive about their culture. Their glassdoor reviews are horrible and the recent interview in YS Bhavish gave was cringe max. I am a hard working guy, will do solid 8-10hrs 5 days a week. But it looks like that won’t be enough. One might be made to work late nights and weekends routinely from what I heard. And Bhavish saying he doesn’t believe in weekends has made me a lot more anxious.

My current company is going through financial troubles. I will definitely have to move. I will get some other role though if I wait for a few weeks.

Could someone working at Ola or with recent experience advise me here.

How is Groww’s culture?

Entertaining an opportunity from eloelo. They have a barebones webpage and its not that great. Seems like all their numbers are inflated. I would like to know how the workplace is. I know though I have asked many questions, but would appreciate honest answers on this and accordingly will like to take my judgement for their offer in Bangalore office for Product Lead Role.

I went through glassdoor, ambition box and others and only found poor reviews for them but couldn’t find reviews specific to product so your experience sharing these details would help.
