I need advice in choosing between flat or plot in Noida, currently I'm living in Delhi in parent' govt house. But after 2-3 years, I have to move out from here. I'm bit confused, which location to choose, Since flats in Delhi in decent area is unaffordable, I'm thinking about Noida. Can you please suggest me good location to buy flat or plot. I have budget of 1-1.3cr. Any advice would be appreciated, I'm 24, don't have much knowledge of this. Also, how much I can negotiate for prices listed on 99acre or magicbrics.

I have 9+ years of experience in Software Development and Managing teams at scale. I’m in Bengaluru from last 5 years and before that I was in Mumbai for 4 years.

Now I’m planning to relocate to Noida, due to following reasons:
- Want to stay relatively nearer to my home town(UP)
- Want to be accessible for my family and relatives, when they need me the most
- Want to enjoy North Indian aspect of living
- Want my kid to raise in North Indian environment 

I need suggestions in two things

- Does Noida is a right choice considering my home town is in UP?
- Which Noida sector is developed, have better infrastructure and all the basic necessities are nearby?
- Which companies pay almost in similar range comparatively to Bengaluru or Hyderabad? 
- Any other thing that I should be aware of?

Hi All,
We are planning to buy a builder floor flat(reason : we get more land share than buying an apartment). Budget within 1.5 to 1.8 cr
My salary : 44lacs
My husband's salary: 64 lacs
We both have purchased two houses in our home towns in tier 2 cities. Together we both have a loan of  approximately 44 lacs. We are not closing it because of tax benefit and also those loan accounts are OD we are getting approximately 7% interest.
Till now we didn't have a plan of buying any property. We just had a plan of doing sip in mutual funds which will give more returns. But now we are feeling like buying one. Because both of us are doing wfh and our daughter started going to school. Parents are also staying with us. 

Is it a good idea to buy a house or stay in a rented property, have some savings for the next 10 years or so and buy with full cash?

Hello All, I have some spare liquidity from my parents, 2-2.5cr (in the form of property at my town). I live in Gurgaon, have lived in Saket for 5 years before this. I am thinking of shifting that property from my town to NCR. Primariy outlook is I can live in my own house, will save rent per month (70k) out of my inhand salary of 3.5 Lakh per month. Can’t invest that property value in any other asset as a good % (>60%) of the value is off book in that area. 

I don’t know where to start this research, whom to connect with. Since its a big thing don’t want to do anything random. Any suggestions ?
