Need advice

I need advice in choosing between flat or plot in Noida, currently I'm living in Delhi in parent' govt house. But after 2-3 years, I have to move out from here. I'm bit confused, which location to choose, Since flats in Delhi in decent area is unaffordable, I'm thinking about Noida. Can you please suggest me good location to buy flat or plot. I have budget of 1-1.3cr. Any advice would be appreciated, I'm 24, don't have much knowledge of this. Also, how much I can negotiate for prices listed on 99acre or magicbrics.

Nope, I'm still exploring. I'm thinking Gurugon may be more costlier than Noida, that's y didn't consider it.
