Need career advice
I m Tier 1 MBA with 3.5 years of experience in Strategy and Marketing. Took a paycut on my 2022 CTC to join a great company in a great role in 2023 during all layoff scenes of early 2023. This year also I m expecting hardly 7 - 8% hike. It is frustrating 😞. Salary day is the saddest day for me. My current in hand is lesser than my 2nd year salary. I want to switch but just worried about too many switches on my resume.
Some companies want to do great things but they are least employee centric, you are always better off exiting from these ASAP.
You know the worst ones are which show they are employee centric but actually are just trying to exploit the employees.

I think there is always going to be a give and take.
If you are getting a good hike, just take it.
At the end of the day, you'll be satisfied with the money you'll make,
Adding one more name to your experience list won't make tht big of difference.
Maybe it looks scary from your present POV, but I am sure in longer run it'll turn out to be the right decision.
But make sure you are getting a good hike.
