Need career guidance

Hey Folks, It's been 2.6 years in infosys after I joined in as System Engineer in (Business Intelligence) )with base salary of 3.6L . Sad part is I still get the same (25k take home ). I'm graduated in BE and done PG diploma course in Data Science. Cant get enough of this same Role and package, Looking for atleast 10L CTC. Watching out for your Guidanceā€¦
