Need help on PF

Hey guys, I left my previous company on Mar22. I accumulated sizeable pf amount. Then I made a switch to new company. In may22, i get a message from PF that they are auto transferring my previous pf balance to new pf account. However, i now realised that my amount had been deducted from prev account but never credited to new account. Can anyone please help?

@babubhaiya1256 Exactly the same case with me.

Changed employer in April, the PF transfer requested in June. By July, the old account shows a debit saying transfer out but it's been 6 months, it is still not reflecting in the new PF account.

I am now suspecting if it is transferred erroneously to some other account or embezzled away.

The EPFO passbook website and the members website doesn't even have a contact, grievance redressal form.

Raise a grievance through umang app under epfo. They will close saying some bullshit, appeal.

Your UAN remains the same. Your new company would have asked for your PF UAN number.

Login into epfo portal with your UAN to check your balance for each company you have worked with

I did logged into epfo portal, it shows the amount from prev company was withdrawn. Also, it shows there was auto transfer request that was successful

Hey hi, as far as I know.. epfo does not take the responsibility of transfer of amount when change of jobs.. is your pf amount maintained by a trust in your old org.. if that's the case.. just drop a mail to the prev org.. they should be able to help.. and also do check your pf account statement of old and new pf.. thanks!

Check Member Passbooks on UAN portal for all employers (separate passbooks for separate employers). If you don’t see a credit then write to EPFO and attach your passbooks.
