Need serious advice on moving abroad for work.

Hey, I have 8 years of work ex and I work in the marketing domain. Last role was mid senior level. I have done my MBA from a good B School in India. I am not interested in settling abroad so have always avoided/ ignored outside opportunities. But lately I have been thinking of moving out for a few years for exposure . I am 30 years old. Suggest if that makes sense. And if yes, EU and south Asia ? USA is a no. Too far and doesnt make sense for marketing. I am very confused and want to decide soon. South Asia seems to have a good but very limited pool of companies and EU, am not aware about much. Any leads/ companies to check out would be appreciated too as I have just started job hunt.
