I have received an offer from vida.id and a potential offer from F-secure(Lookout) . 
Vida :
Base : 35 
Variable :11
Esops
Hybrid working environment 

F-secure
Fixed:40
No variable or stocks
Remote work


Given these two, what would be the better option.  Also could someone share info about  work culture and other details about these companies if you know

kipi.bi - 13lpa fixed
Hitachi vantara - 12.5L fixed+ 1L variable
Zs associates - 8.5 L fixed + 3.9 L variable

can you guys please suggest which company to choose. main criteria is work culture and growth 

i'm bit inclined towards kipi because it's offering permanent wfh

-Service based but hiring for good client who is there from last more than 5 years and will be there for another atleast 5 years according to them 
-25 years old company
-1300 employees 

Inito(product based startup): 
30 + 2(esops over 4 years, so we can assume 30.5) 
-This got started in 2015 but still having only around 110 employees 
-Out of 110, 32 from IITs...so good people are there

A bit of self introduction:

Total experience: 6.5 years
Designation: SSE backend
Industry: SaaS

I currently have 3 offers in hand. Two confirmed and one is in the last stage of interviewing. The two offers are from AZIRA (previously NEAR intelligence) and FIVETRAN for java SSE back end role. Both are based out of Bangalore. The last one is from EA games Hyderabad which is a contract role by a 3rd party parent company.

The TC offered by Fivetran is 40 LPA and and Azira is open to discussion to match it if I am willing to join them. The EA sports contract role is coming near to 36 LPA.

FIVETRAN: 
I will be joining the sql database connector team with US counterparts as its completely developed by them and it is being transferred to India. So I am guessing there will be more maintenance work involved here at odd hours. Will have to connect with US peers for first few months for all the kt.
Also in my last company, most of the work I did is around data movement (ETL) and connectors in house. So I have some decent understanding of how the work is going to be. I am also afraid that the work is going to be a bit boring due to my past experience.

AZIRA: 
Not much info here. Very few Glassdoor reviews. Couldn’t draw any conclusion. The whole engineering team size is relatively small (30-40) and all are based out of india. So it will be easy for me in terms of communication and collaboration.

EA:
Again not much info here. There are many internal projects and I might join any of them if selected as a contract employee.


Mostly I’ll not be joining EA due to location constraint. But am not able to decide between Azira and fivetran. Help me with all your first hand experiences please.

From past 2 years i am working with PwC SDC Bangalore and I got an offer from FIS Gurgaon.

I need your hell to understand which company is best for future growth. 

Please have a look to below points also.

PwC - 

CTC -  16 LPA (14 fix , 1 performance bonus)
Leaves -  42 overall 
Notice Period - 60 days
Medical Insurance - 7 lakh (a part from CTC ) 
Official Location - Bangalore (far from hometown)
Current location - Work from home (currently they offered)


FIS - 

CTC - 25 LPA (22 fix , 3 performance bonus)
Leaves - 32 overall
Notice Period - 75 days
Medical Insurance - 5 lakh (a part from CTC)
Official Location - Gurgaon (near by hometown)
Current location - Work From Home (currently they offered)

*current location doesn’t matter as of now because they both offered work from home. but once office reopen it does matter.

Y has more employees and bigg company but no guarantee on project 

X is same technology as i had experience before
Y is an AI company

Package is same for both.

I have got 2 offers, one for Hyderabad location (14.5, all fixed, as they have shared space office as of now, so initially it would be WFH & once they get a proper office after some months, 2-3days WFO hybrid), & one for Pune location (16 fixed, plus some variable and other benefits, hybrid from Starting, 2days WFO)

Is it worth to do WFO from starting for more money or settle for less now & go to office after some months? Are there any real pros of WFO? I haven't done WFO in my 3 year IT

Hi guys, TCS Increment this year can Help employees to Buy Britannia Marie biscuits instead of Raja Marie. 
Hence I've decided to move on. 
I have an Offer from Accenture (Application Lead) with 40% hike and an Offer from Mindtree (Business Consultant) with 50% hike. 
Both are Without Variable Components.

Need Suggestions

Got offers from these two companies. TCS is offering 2 lacks more thank LTIM. At LTIMindtree I have to go to office 2-3 days/week but in TCS everyday.

TCS or LTIMindtree?

Received an offer for a role with Okta in their new India office as an associate solutions engineer.

24L INR OTE(80:20) + 16L RSU (3 year)

vs

Received another offer from a browserstack competitor startup LambdaTest for a solutions engineer role.

30L INR cash, no OTE. No esops (they're performance based)

Coming from a very niche AI field with experience of 5 years as a freelance developer / sales engineer consultant, but feel like I hit the plateau and now I want to restart my career in a new industry.

Both these companies will be a start from scratch for me.
Okta does need me to move to a new city (so about 6L yearly extra cost) while LambdaTest is remote.

1. Any insights?

2. The work culture can be too aggressive at LambdaTest compared to Okta? Is it worth it? I've mostly been working only 10-20 hour weeks for the past year as I was freelancing.

3. Is there potential for growth more at LambdaTest with that being a startup and all that?

4. With whom am I more likely to be able to pull off studying for unrelated certifications, masters exams, or freelance work?

5. Is taking slightly lesser pay at Okta worth it in terms of job stability and security considering the size of the corp?

Hi, 
I have 5 YoE and I am currently working at a small company doing backend and infrastructure development. My current comp is 60L pre tax. I am looking for a change and I have an offer from zscaler.

The offer is for 38L pretax+10L stocks every year. The compensation is low but work will be interesting for me. Should I join them? 

The one huge downside is 90d notice period they have. I am inclined to join but deathly worried about 90d notice period.


An alternative is, I keep practicing leetcode, apply to bigger companies in the next 6-12 months and join them instead of zscaler.

I have received an offer from Dubai Based early stage startup with 30L Base + 5L Variable + 8L ESOPs (per year)
The catch since it's a outside company TDS is not there I can play around with the taxes 

I have another offer with 40L fixed + 2 Joining Bonus + 5L Esops but it's an India based company 

Can anyone give me genuine advice around this?
