See buddy, for some time keep aside the salary amount and focus on two things: 
  
 1) Are you learning something new in your current job otherwise do you think that your current  role will be upgraded in some 1.5-3years? 
  
 2) The offer you got from new companies does they will boost your skills or you have to do the same daily or mid-range tasks. 
  
 Conclusion: Don't worry about salary just see where are your skills improving or in which company have brainstorming challenges to improve you.

Got two offers, one is from Guidepoint for the role of CSA which is basically acting as a mediator and reaching out to industry experts to solve problems which we get. This one's at Guidepoint and the CTC offered is 9.5 Fixed and the location is Bombay and it's hybrid. Other one is from Genpact for IB Analyst (M&A) and the role is the usual making pitchdecks, valuation reports for the different deals we would be working on. The CTC offered is 7.7 but the location is Gurgaon. Genpact is 5 days WFO.

I want to work in Investment Banking only, also preparing for CAT on the side bc BBs only hire from top B schools.

Really confused between staying at home and doing something much relaxed so that I can study but also jeopardize my career trajectory or should I take the plunge and go for Genpact?

I find myself in a rather perplexing situation at work and could use some impartial advice. Currently, I am employed at an Indian e-commerce firm where I have put in a lot of hard work. However, during the recent annual cycle, I was not promoted, and my salary hike was disappointingly meager (CCTC 14.5LPA). Naturally, I expressed my concerns to my manager, who advised me to wait until the mid-cycle as my promotion case would be reconsidered then.

In the meantime, I actively sought out new opportunities, and I have received an enticing offer from a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) firm with a significantly higher compensation of 24LPA. This is substantially more than what I'm currently earning, but less than my expected CTC that is around 28-30LPA.

The confusion lies in the fact that my current firm has now initiated the promotion feedback process, and it's possible that I may get the promotion soon. I'm now torn between two choices: do I stay at my current job, potentially get the promotion, and then reconsider switching, or do I seize the opportunity at the CPG firm with the better financial package?

I understand that both options have their pros and cons, but I'm finding it challenging to make a decision on my own. Any advice or insights you could provide would be immensely helpful in guiding me through this tough decision-making process.

I am a 2023 grad. I joined a startup but it is asking me to look for new opportunities. I interview at Zeta and recieved an offer. I also have an offer from Service Now.
Current compensation: 21 TC (16 base)
Zeta : 17 TC(16 base) not ready to increase even after counter offer
Service Now: 23 TC(15 base)
Hear lot of bad things about zeta like silent layoffs, 0% hike this year and we need to go to office 5 days a week where as it is hybrid at service now. Zeta has  better learning and that is the only upside of it. Would love to hear some feedback.

So, I am 25 and working for a company based out of Noida (the category and business is not at all interesting) but they are profitable (handsomely) I am earning in the bracket of 30-36LPA currently.

I have received an offer of a bracket between 50-55LPA from a bangalore based company which has just achieved profitability. (The category is exciting and bangalore being bangalore is exciting as well)

Context: almost 5 YOE, BTech + MBA both from tier 3. Current CTC 32LPA including variable and retention bonus (24.3 is fixed). I work as an APM in a pharma consulting organisation (which also has a SaaS platform) in Pune. 

Recently Got an offer from a tier 1 consulting company (not MBB but close enough) for a pretty new role of product + project management for one of their saas tools. The offer is 20% hike on my fixed + variable upto 15% + 2L JB. And it’s in Mumbai which is my hometown. I tried negotiating but the hiring manager said this is the best offer they can give. 

The job role will require infrequent travel to client locations and overall seems interesting. 

I’m in a dilemma if I should accept or not because the brand is infinitely better than my current organisation and will open up exit opportunities to MBB. On the other hand my professional growth in current organisation seems stagnant as there is not a lot to learn here but monetary growth has been good. (10-15% hikes every year).
