I left a startup due to financial difficulties within the organization. Salaries were delayed for 3 months, however, the team and my previous employers have been very good to me throughout my time there, and it was solely due to the circumstances that I had to part ways. 

Now, the CEO has reached out to me, asking me to join as a part-time consultant on a case-by-case basis to help them resolve their issues, while I continue with my new job. This opportunity could provide me with additional income, but I have concerns about whether they will pay me for my consultations. 

Should I take the opportunity? How much should I ask for?

It has been almost 2 years since I joined a company as a fresher. Got the increment twice but still have the same designation.

Planning to switch after the completion of 2 years, will it be a hit point that I worked in a company on the same designation for 2 years??

I do financial+ market research, data analysis, and working on a product that is yet to launch (I know this product more that anyone, not a developer but did robust improvements in it, gave several solutions for it, can say that I'm unsung Product Analyst here).

Sometimes i ask for 100% and in some cases a self doubt arises that whether this much asking is correct or not.

I've handled copywriting, creative strategy, and execution for brands for the last 8+ years. Many of those in agencies, and the last few in a B2B SaaS tech company.

Because of my agency background, I know I'm pretty underpaid, but since that can change now, I wanna know what's the baseline for my profile considering my experience.

I kill it with creative requirements for branding, paid promotions and literally anything under the sun that the brand needs. Nothing long form, because that's a different ball game altogether.

I'm getting just under 20LPA right now.
I'm up for appraisals soon. I've been with this company for 2+ years.
Please tell me what's the salary bracket I should be in.

- Build a web app for managing tasks on various client projects 
- The app will have 3 types of user logins - Admin->Manager->developer
- The admin can create a Manager account/developer account
- Admins can create projects and can assign one manager and multiple developers to each project
- Managers can create tasks inside a project and can assign them to developers
- Each task will have a current status of either TODO/IN PROGRESS/DONE
- By default, each task will have a TODO status
- Developers can update the status of each task assigned to them
- A Kanban board should be maintained for each project
- Every user should be able to see only those projects to which they have access.

Technical Specification:
- Use ReactJS to build the frontend, NodeJS for backend & MySQL as a database
- Use Tailwind CSS framework for Styling
- Implement user registration and login functionality. Utilize JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for token-based authentication.
- Introduce Roles in the System (Admin, Manager & Developer) & implement Role-based Authorization.
- Implement a search endpoint that allows users to search for tasks based on keywords, tags, or any other relevant criteria.
