Need to understand actual variable payout in Accenture India?
I have got an offer from Accenture India where 27% of package is variable pay. So how much payout generally Accenture gives on ground reality? Please let me know. Which parameters are involved?
Go for more fixed, negotiate on VP.
VP depends on how you perform, your tuning with your manager and company's performance. It also depends on your CL actually.
At CL 8 & 9 - considering your performance is good, got a good rapport with your manager and company is also doing well you'll get good VP ~ 16%> but if not then 8% is average.
They are offering me level 8 and fixed component is 33.5 LPA and rest 9 lakh is variable component .
How is this offer?
This is good. 33.5 is at par. I know few folks are at 36-38 too but that’s due to their college and they are in S&C
