Warner bros: 8.3 fixed + 40k varaible= 8.7 Lpa

Both are same distance from my home.

Pls suggest which one should I choose in your pov and why?. Your advice will really helpful to me.

Why is it getting harder for both freshers and experienced folks to land a job these days? Too much competition? Unrealistic job expectations? Something else?

When asking a referral, do your research.
Don't just ask for openings. Search the careers page and see if any revalant roles are available or not.

We don't know your skillsets, job location preference, shifts preference, etc.

Got offer from TCS for SAP role. Have accepted it in the portal and now it’s been more than 2 months and the BGC is still showing as in progress. HR is telling me that he’ll update post examination from BGC team. Is it business usual?

Im happy to share i got an offer from cleartax as SDE 2, only fixed component and nothing else.

Only fixed, no variable, no joining bonus nothing. So i got 138% hike comparing to my current fixed pay at Accenture.

I want to make sure i just join in a good company.
