- Your offer letter/ appointment letter, - Salary slips of minimum last 6 months, - Any promotion letter - Any increment letter (with salary slips pre and post increment) - Any certificates of accomplishment/ PDF of email by managers where you/your work is praised (good to have) Apart from this, any other thing you may feel would be relevant to prove your employment or claims made in the resume/ interview stage, having a proof of them is a good practice.

I have a question. I took a year gap from working and started freelancing on some projects. But now if I want to join a new organisation, so what all documents do I require of my freelancing while joining any new organisation? Ps: I won’t be having salary slips or transaction records of freelancing, as all the project transactions were done in cash. Can anyone help with this? Thanks

HELP!! My company is not letting me leave!

I work for a fairly popular and large Indian startup and I'm at a considerably senior position. As seen recently also with a lot of startups, my company is creating hurdles in my exit. I've resigned from the company but the company has a policy that allows them to accept or reject resignations at will. They are not accepting my resignation and are threatening me with frivolous law suits. I'm scared and not sure about how true their threats are. Can someone please give references of good lawyers experienced in HR practices, service and employment cases etc.? Will be grateful.

Onsite after resignation?

Hi viners, I have resigned in April from tcs and have 40 days left but today I got a call from management and they are giving me ladoo on UK ka onsite and asking me if I consider. Although I clearly told them that people having more than 15 16 yoe are not getting an onsite opportunity how come I get ? Still they told me to consider. So viners community pls help me what should I do? I know it's onsite lolipop which is almost impossible but I'm still asking. It's a food for thought for me. Please give your suggestions. How to resign on a good note? Need tips asap

I want to resign from my current organisation as soon as I can, but I don't want to make it look like I find the company or its people problematic (although I do find them to be) If at all my manager (she's not problematic) tries to retain me or asks me the reason, how should I respond?
