New model for entrepreneurship

I am a co-founder and director at a software consulting company in Mumbai. It is bootstrapped, cash flow positive with steadily growing revenue, team strength and clientele, and doing well for 5-6 years, since we started. I need to connect to entrepreneurs in tech who have been in the industry long enough to guide me and mentor me for strategic decisions, to take it to the next level. Where do I look, and how should I reach out to them?

I am a Software Engineer living in a rented house in Bangalore. I don't have any property. I want to start a side gig of selling printed T-Shirts in the USA. I think I have some good ideas on design and I think it can act as a good side income. I tried some online websites that offer such services, but soon I realised I need more. I need a TIN number, a business bank account, company registration and trade mark, filing taxes- not sure about us india tax compliance rules. I believe there will be a hell lot of other paper works that would be required. Now I just have some creative ideas that I want to give a try as a side hustle but thinking about setup I feel demotivated. I can bear the idea of what if the hustle fails, but I don't know what to do with trademark and business registration after the hustle fails, can I reuse it for some other kind of businesses? Has someone tried or thought of trying such side ventures? I don't want to leave my job and do this. Is there some subscription service available in India that helps setting up business where an individual like me can try his hand at various entrepreneurship and fail and fail fast and continue until succeeded ? Like, I would love it if all these heavy lifting of setting up business, auditing and taxes are taken care of by someone else and I just focus on the creative part.

Anyone with product / tech experience looking to start up? I'm on the business side and have an idea I want to explore. A bit about me: -10 years of experience on the tech biz side -Largely SaaS experience. Build in India, sell to US -Worked with many investors in the past and investment won't be a constraint to launch -IIT / IIM background

The problem with Indian founders is they wan to be paid good but they don’t want to pay good. This guy runs an “AI powered” startup where he matches international clients with Indian freelancers. Also, he sells this idea to Indian freelancers by calling it a high paying international remote job. Dude lives in SF. Is this what entrepreneurship has reduced down to???

Looking for sectors to focus in the near future - want to get into entrepreneurship’ What do the people of India - any solid sectors that can have a great impact or be looked into Love to hear from anyone on this - looking for problem to work on And hopefully build a start up in few year or two Anyone ?

So here's the background, I'm a product marketing professional in his mid-20s. I'm sick of living every month from pay check to pay check. I feel insecure in my job and can't see myself doing this for the next decade or so with so much uncertainty on my head. I've always wanted to do something of my own and shifted to Bangalore with the hope that I will find a partner along the way. Though I haven't built anything of my own before, I'm trying to grasp product management. Marketing is something I'm good at so no worries on that front. For purposes as stated above, I'm looking for a guy who can handle everything tech while building something in SaaS. Now's the time and age so why not give it a shot? Here's what I'm thinking, the job goes on as usual for both of us, but we can take out a few everyday post working hours to brainstorm something of our own. And the weekends of course. Best shot - we start something of our own, worst shot - we gain some initial experience in entrepreneurship and don't have to feel burdened by insecurities every time our manager demands something different from us. Comment below if you're based in HSR and are willing to join me - to handle everything tech. P.S. I have a 1-BHK so workspace won't be an issue. Seeing this go on for a minimum of 5-6 months before we can break even.

Been long since I wrote here. A casual post to discuss anything startup/VC related. Which startups are doing good, which ones not too good. Especially if you're a founder - how is the market feeling? My pov: despite the excess capital with VCs, funding is still very much dry. For a bit during the last year, there was a flurry of investments in SaaS and AI. Even that has dried up now. Slowest I have seen. Why: I think there's no push factor to invest, there's a lack of people starting up (vs. previous years). Awaiting some inflection point, so that things kickstart again.
