Ranting - Seriously after seeing this post by meesho, it hit my nerves, we have nothing dude in our NEW BIG office. I saw many small companies have such play items to relax in between the work. Goddamn it, for us, it's chai sutta bass. Khtm. Aur haa, boring HR activity once in a month 🤦

Everyone keeps saying most interesting opportunities come to those who network. Be it your second job, getting opportunity to be part of a founding team, finding right cofounder or just meeting the most interesting ppl. Hey Fellow Grapeviners , I have created an anonymous Remote work survey to distinguish companies who offer Permanent Remote (Permanent WFH ) , Hybrid - Attendance , Compulsory office attendance companies and segregate them . Often there are some circumstances , which favour Permanent WFH , like ailing parents or young kid to look after , Also, the commute these days in most metros is painful and often tiring . Also, companies are leveraging war driven economic troubles to push and leverage for office attendance . There is still a section of employees who prefer WFH over WFO or Hybrid . These survey should help such people . No need to log in to your Gmail account , You can also fill the survey form and access the Google sheet incognito. No name needed . This survey has some approximate 70 records from the time when it was posted on Reddit post on r/developersIndia , Please fill the survey form whenever possible . Let's help each other find our dream job with WFH or hybrid benefits. Do share this on other anonymous or semi anonymous forums , let's use organised information to our leverage . Please talk about this if possible, word of mouth mode . I have been thinking about this for a while now, we all have tech/non-tech skills which could be utilised to solve each other's or social problems which you relate to. Of course this is not for everyone, might be more suitable for people who have some time to contribute (doesn't matter how much), interested in working on some side projects, passionate about at least one social issue, having a boring life (not mandatory :P) etc. e.g this might work like covid19india.org (read about it) Hope you got the gist of the idea, please show your interest below and let me know what you think of this idea.
