No layoffs at Cred?
Why hasn't Cred laid off despite their massive losses? Looks like VC pressure doesn't apply to certain people.

Kunal Shah wants to sell cred (in freecharge style). He can't afford layoffs or any bad press that devalues the company. This is my personal opinion..
It’s impossible to sell that overvalued nuclear shit. Why would any company in right sense of mind buy it.
If it becomes a moment of wealth destruction it has been coming
If they can fool investors into pumping so money into it, then they can fool buyers too

How can you be this confident ? I am asking coz I would want to see these signals at my org as well !
Been with CRED for a long time now while I understand people question the product and non justifiable valuation- CRED has always been top notch when it comes to employee working culture- high transparency and very high ownership and trust - if layoffs were to happen the company would not do it suddenly they would let all employees know in advance through a all hands meeting and explain the exact reasons why
