Not getting a single positive feedback, #anxious

Recently I joined an NBFC in data analytics and there is no such analysis work here. I'm only publishing MIS reports on a daily basis and nothing else. There is no analysis work, everything they are doing on Excel only. Since 2 months I'm in a lot of anxiety and stress. There are no interview calls. This year i gave only 1 interview in 5 months, that was on last friday only. I don't know what to do now, it has become a loop now. Study and apply for the openings while you don't get a single call from anywhere. Need suggestions and help from you all experienced folks 🙏🙏

Hey guys, I'm a recent engineering graduate from a Tier-1 University with decent skills and cgpa. As I graduated, I got placed in a MNC as a consultant. But I haven't heard any updates from them yet. Worried about my future, I've started applying to companies for internships and jobs too. But not only am I not getting selected, I'm not getting any kind of updates from these companies too. Not even as much as a rejection mail. I've recently hit three digits in the number of applications and it's worrying me to see no responses. So this is my humble request to the community to help me find a job. I'm a skilled data analyst with proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI and Python. I also did many projects on data science and machine learning but my primary interest lies in analytics. Even anything as small as a suggestion/tip on what to do or how to proceed would be helpful !!! Thanks in advance.

Recently started giving interviews and cleared a few rounds in a couple of companies. I never heard back from any of them even if I felt the interviews went well. Very frustrated because of this as I fail to understand how difficult is it to just reject or send a rejection email if they don't want to hire. I understand that companies have 100s of candidates in their pipeline but it's so frustrating to not even get any rejection mail and get stuck in a limbo.

Hi. I am currently working as an SQL Engineer - Support with almost 2 years of experience and 6 months of internship experience as Business Analyst (Stakeholder Management). I want to switch to Data Analyst profile as that was the field that I wanted to pursue my career in but due to the COVID pandemic, I accepted this profile. I have done MCA from a Mumbai University affiliated college in 2022 and have an understanding of the general Data Analyst stack (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python). I have also completed various personal projects for my portfolio on the technologies mentioned above. I have been applying for various Analyst/BI/Data Analyst related jobs since last year's October but haven't heard back from anyone. I want to understand what I am doing wrong or how should I change my approach regarding the job switch. Any suggestions/guidance is welcomed.

I have been applying for data analyst and junior data scientists role for the last 3 months but not getting enough response. I apply for more than 20+ jobs on daily basis lekin tab bhi kuch nhi ho rha hai. I have built 2 project on ML, 1 on NLP and 3-4 good project on data analytics. I graduated in May 2023 then I decided to learn Data science ( uske pehle bhi college me 3-4 mahine thoda padha tha) now I have so many doubts regarding my career and rejection - Just because I'm fresher that's why they are not choosing me ?? - I'm from non-tech ( Bsc) .. isiliye - or current job market hi accha nhi hai Ab to kabhi kabhi apne decision pr regret bhi hota hai. To solve the experience issue I have decided to do a decent marketing job (only for 6-7months) so that I can show it in my CV aur kuch savings bhi kr lu. Please guide me if you guys have any advice for me. Thanks.

Hello everyone, This is my first post. I am a recent graduate from NIT, and unfortunately, I haven't been able to get a placement. My career goal is to work in a Product Management (PM) role. As a fresher, I've taken the initiative to start learning about this industry I have completed four courses in Product Management, covering areas such as: - Product Analysis - Go-to-Market Strategy - Market Analysis I am eager to apply my skills and start my journey in this exciting field. I am looking for opportunities where I can further develop my expertise and grow as a Product Manager. Any advice or leads on where I can apply to gain more experience would be greatly appreciated. I am currently on a career break and not revealing this to the companies that I am applying to. However this has now been a cause of worry and weighing heavily on my conscience. I'm planning to come out honest, and not hide my career break anymore. Just one thing - I don't want this to be a problem for my salary negotiation AT ALL. So asking everyone out there, will it be a problem hiding your career break in terms of money? Want honest, real answers

Currently working as a Data Engineer with a couple of years of experience in Sql, data pipeline and data warehousing and did a couple of projects on SQL and power BI. Also completed Data Analytics certification from google. After applying for 6 months I didn't receive any interview calls. My resume didn't get shortlisted. I checked my ATS score it was around 70. So guys any suggestions where I am lagging....

Hi folks, I have been part of one company for 9 years. I feel like bored and mundane. I am trying to switch jobs for past one and half year and unable to crack any interviews. Each interview slips because of some reason. Now my current company based on my performance asked me to find job somewhere else within in few months.. I am still unable to clear interviews.. Sometimes feel very downward because of this but deep inside I feel like I am more worth than this.. Market is also so uncertain now.. My salary is 32L.. I feel like I am stuck in my career. Any advice or recommendation?

Since the start of this month, I have been applying for different opportunities but haven't received a response from any of them. I am currently a backend developer with 3.5 years of experience at a Fortune 30 company and have been promoted for two consecutive years. I also don't want to use referrals right now because I'm completely unprepared. If you are in job hunt please share your experience.
