Not good relations

Sometimes I usually think, Why do I lose our school and college friends one by one? Is this a sign of maturity, reality, or something else? I am just 25 years old, and within 3 years I have lost 90 percent of my circle and the few who left, with whom I usually get time to chat, call, or plan to get out. And I feel that some day I will also lose them. Can you guys make some comments that I have became matured or that this is the actual reality of damn life?

Sometimes this thought really occurs in my mind. I am the only child of my parents being total introvert it's difficult for me to talk to poeple from school and college times whenever i made friends(or whom i thought were friends) drifted apart it was me always who took the initiative to call or meet them but when i observed that no such initiatives from their side I too stopped bothering them. Even with my cousins who are pretty older than me i don't have that close bonding they are busy with their lives too. Now with my parents growing old i really sometimes fear that i will not have anyone in this world whom i can talk to despite my best intentions and efforts i am maybe not that likeable that people will want to go out or include me in plans. I am trying to improve and socialize more but just one sided effort doesn't seem to be worth anymore.

A final year student I made a lot of mistakes in my life Never ever worked hard to my fullest potential Didn't studied well even though I had potential during JEE Keep getting attracted to girls(very few times), even though I am training myself not to. Becoming emotionally down often Feeling guilty of not being able to have someone to talk to. What I simply want is to work to my fullest potential without getting attracted to the other gender so that there are no distractions and becoming mentally strong to the point that I don't need anyone else continuously present in my life for me. There has to be a way Almost everyone around me are so strong My gut believes I don't have that much time left I just want to fix everything for my parents and my brother And leaving with a pride and honor of a MAN.

I’m a very private person and I was a bit confused whether I should write here or not, but anyway. So, day before yesterday I was sitting on my chair after dinner and was thinking about my life and what the hell am I doing. I realised that, Saala bachpan se aaj tak race me hi bhaag raha hun. Pehle school me 1st, 2nd, 3rd aane ki race me. Then acche college milne ki race me. Then uske baad acchi job milne ki race me. Then uske baad agar ladki chahiye toh uske liye bhi ek race hai (Don’t have a gf, plz don’t take me wrong, it was a realisation) My current daily routine is like this: Wakeup everyday, write code, go gym, dinner, and then sleep and repeat this cycle everyday. School ke dost peeche chhoot gaye, college ke dost apni life me busy ho gaye, colleagues se main zyada baat nhi karta and main akela padh gaya. Feels like life is not intriguing anymore, it has no spark left. Its so painful to live everyday. I feel like I don’t want to live any more, I want to die but I can’t cuz of 2 reasons. 1. I’m the only son of my parents. 2. If I die like this, then I won’t be able to come out from the birth cycle. That’s it 🙏🏼

Even though relationships aren't about money and gifts, this rakshabandan I felt hurt and sad and broke, when I had to spend a huge chunk of money on my air tickets to go home for tying my brother rakhi and got nothing much in return. *My brother is elder to me by 2-4 years and he's a well settled business man with a very high standard of living*

I feel my life is extremely difficult after demise of my beloved father at the age he should have not left us this early he was 51 and now without him my life is just extremely difficult in all aspects , people around me , relatives , career aspect marriage aspect future everything just scares me and i feel i cannot reach out to anyone for my help not even my mother with my problems I feel if i reach out to anyone they just shut it like dont overthink , please stop with your negativity I just dont know how to get on with life He was like shield to us Now i dont know even me , my mom , my sibling has changed like anything Nothing feels good anymore

Nowadays, it is difficult to maintain friendships (old friends) as many are pursuing dreams and for that one has to shift for other countries/state and the rest busy with there jobs and family business. New friends are difficult to make where people already have there groups of bunch of friends where they don’t want anyone else to join (old friends groups) & also as the smaller groups are easy to manage and for execution of any plans. While growing up due to change in habits (smoking, drinking, etc) of our friends we did lose few.. and now they don’t call me up for any plans! So, basically i am left alone with nobody by my side apart from cousins of same age (more or less)! Most of the time, I spend my day working on my business.. or at times, working out or reading books.. But at times, i am left alone with my own thoughts and that feeling at times is exhausting and frustrating and sometimes this loneliness becomes toxic! Can anyone help.. how can we make friends in midst of all this?
