Offer rollout Tat

Continuing from the title, I got selected for a Fortune 50 company. They asked me all the documents and even had a verbal discussion regarding the offer where I agreed to the offer verbally. But it has been more than a week since the discussion and no official offer roll out has happened. Every day HR calls and tells me it'll get rolled out tonight or tomorrow morning. I'm not sure if they're looking for another candidate or if this is normal in F50 companies. All my previous experiences are from startups.

If i landed a any offer so how smarty i can move to take it forward - Incident happened with my acquaintance - Once HR Called my acquaintance so acquaintance discussed CTC only and Joined the Company but after 1 Month HR Called for Offer Letter Collection so my acquaintance shocked because there were 3 months Notice Period So is there any Steps like HR Called- First Rough CTC Discussion - Ask for Company Agreement & T&C Etc Please mention your experience. Thanks

I have given interviews and cleared them. I got a call from HR asking for payslips and another offer details. They said they will get back with offer. How to go about here? If they come with a lower offer than what i asked, how much liberty i have to ask further. Does HR will come with 2-3 various levels of offer and then try to negotiate with me. Any help or insights would be helpful in how HR comes with offer details. My interviews were pretty good and i think they like me.

I have cleared all technical rounds, on 12th June I had HR round also. HR asked me to share all past company release letters and graduation marksheets. I have shared all the documents. HR also confirmed my package over the teams call and assured that he would send the offer letter. But after that 6 days have passed, I have neither received any communication, nor have I received any offer letter. Typically how much time will they take to release the offer letter?
