What is the ideal Tat from HR collecting documents to create an offer to actually rolling out the offer?
should be within 3-4 days. Incase it is beyond that then maybe the team is internally discussing on the Renumeration part as there are many steps involved. few good companies would rollout the next day once docs are submitted
