Ola CEO loses his shit on social media!

Is this the type of language that should be used by the founder/ CEO of a listed company in a public platform? His choice of word shows how apathetic he is to the need of his customers. If I was a potential Ola customer, I would put off my buying decision immediately. Pathetic!

Why is a normal person allowed to defend themselves however they want and an entrepreneur can't?

The question is not about defending oneself but what type of language you use while defending oneself. Bajaj and Tata had/ still has a lot of shitty products/ servicing woes, but can you ever imagine Rajiv Bajaj or Ratan Tata ever defend their company with such type of language in SM?

  1. This guy’s not “defending” himself - he’s just a swindler who tricked thousands of Indians into wasting their hard-earned money on his crappy product. It’s time people woke up and saw through his BS.
  2. In the automobile business, what happens after you buy is way more important than fancy ads or anything else. Just look at any Ola service center - it’s like a junkyard with dead scooters piled up everywhere. It’s a total mess.
  3. Kamra’s not the first person to call this guy out. If he’d actually listened to all the customer complaints before, maybe things wouldn’t be this bad. But nope, he’d rather play the patriotism card to cover up his failed business. Instead, even now he’s asking Kamra to come repair the vehicles - what sort of reply is this?

Here, Kamra is not just stating his experience or opinion, but also instigating others. He is infamous for what he has done in the past (and is still fond of doing it). People don't need Kamra to complain and fix things on their behalf. If we don't like a service, we simply stop using it. But no one goes online and creates a mass movement unless it's actually harming someone. In the same way, Bhavish also stated facts about Kamra, which are just as true as Kamra's experience with Ola. So, what's the harm? 😂 If someone is accustomed to insulting others, they should also be accustomed to bearing insults.

Lol....your bias against Kamra shows, dude! Just FYI, Bhavish is the founder of a publicly listed company and it doesn't bode well for company when their founder uses such language in public! Nothing says that he can't defend himself or his company using civil language like a Bajaj or a Tata would do. Also to make it abundantly clear to you about the issues pertaining to Bhavish Agarwal, he is the same guy who says saturday-sunday weekly offs are western concepts. Going by your handle, you should at least care for that 😉

For the record, Kamra spoke about piling customer issues and how Ola is not addressing them. He never said Bhavish is incapable or anything personal on those lines.

He is already reported to have BC MC his employees in full public view at his retail showrooms.

That's the type of language he uses with his employees as well

Yes, reportedly in full public view in his retail showrooms of Gurgaon. Pity everyone working directly under him or in his vicinity!

Kunal kamra. I don't like this guy. But kunal's income from one show has more profits than bhavish's startup.
