Each company has a different process and culture. What did not work out while interviewing in another company wont be the same in another one. Comparing seems pointless.

I am building a product where you can find rejected candidates from top companies so that you can fasten the hiring process. What do you think about this?

And how do you filter for culture? That varies from team to team and org to org. While the product might solve for initial rounds in tech hiring but wont be helpful for non tech roles.

Are you open to hire someone if the candidate is rejected in final rounds in some other interview by a big company?
