PM Vs Consultant

Biggest query: Does this career move make sense? Or should the aim be towards a Manager position after spending 6+ years in Product Management?

Please guide I'm lost I don't know what interests me the most I want to know reality check of all 3 roles - Salary, work life balance, growth. Share your thoughts it'll help. I've currently 2.5y of Experience as Software Engineer in Accenture but I played many roles in project - Testing, Development, Client Demos. Now I'm just lost whichvdirection should I go considering it has good future and not over saturated/fear of being replaced by AI?

i am working as an Implementation consultant (payroll domain) in one of the MNC. i would like to switch my career as BA or Consultant. My education Qualification is BE CSE, MBA and my current CTC is 6.3L with 1.5 year experience. Now coming to my query. 1. Which path can i choose, is it a consultant or BA ? 2. If i switch, How much can my salary expectation ? 3. or else any other suggestions for me ?

Hi all, I'm a PMO at Accenture associate level with 1.5 yoe. I don't have much work and I am free 90% of the time and I also wfh. My base pay is 4.26 lpa. Should I shift to a technical role and if yes which role and what should I prepare for? If not is this PMO profile good for earning more money? PLEASE ANSWER

I ak literally unable to decide between product management and management consulting, i am i last year of my college , i want to build a great career ahead. layoffs and recession is going on, i talked to product managers and they say it's not that much glamourous as folks on LinkedIn present it and even you are in a startup , devlopers first build the core then role of PM comes into play . I talked to few management consultants as well they say WLB is not that great but it's okayish most of the times . I am literally confused, i know the grass is always greener on other side but my long terms goals are money and growth in my early to late 20s and upto early 30s , the priorities might be change after that. Guys please help me out to choose better as I have still some months left so I can upskill myself accordingly also it would be great if you could present the future scopes ,growth and ROI in both the fields with the boom of AI. I am open to suggestions :)

I have a 5+ years in strategy consulting working for a Big4 - I like my work, team and the organisation Though, now I crave for some different experience - maybe work for startup’s or a VC firm I have been offered a job in a boutique investment bank - which works with startup’s in India My questions: 1. Is it worth switching for a Big4 to a Boutique Investment Bank - will it effect my further employability 2. Does this get me closer to my goal of working for a VC fund someday? 3.
