Top leadership did a rescue meet-up today.
They are going to fix things but will take atleast 1month.

Payment banks have limit of 1 lac but merchants were doing daily transaction of 1 lac, RBI also has issue with bank money getting siphoned off in other projects like Paytm games etc.
