Paypal as a company
Paypal has a really good work culture and work life balance. I'm currently working on state of the art products, so even the work is very good. Leadership has some problems but overall I think it's good. But the only problem I see is less pay compared to the market average, which is kinda frustrating.
Assuming you’re sde, when you say less, are you comparing against startup or faang roles with similar years of experience?
Assuming you work on the india office do you usually make products for india or for the US? Would love to know that
